On top of getting the outfit and safety gears ready, there are few more things to note before every class: –Make sure you have adequate sleep before lesson.Make sure you have food one or two hours before lesson, to avoid empty stomach. If you are on any medication or have any medical background, please inform the coach/instructor before the class. If you are unwell during the class, please inform your coach/instructor immediately. As most of the classes are conducted outdoor, we suggest the rider to put on sun block and mosquito repellent.Notes to ParentsParents should accept and understand that during the session, the coach is responsible for the riders and it is important that parents accept and respect his. Parents should be given the opportunity to feed back to the coach following the session.Parents may watch a session, but should NOT get involved in the session unless the coach requests their assistance.Parents are role models and should be encouraged to display the same level of self-control expected of young bike riders.Parents must realize the communicating with or distracting their child during a session is often unhelpful or dangerous, regardless of their motivation or how positive the communication is.Parents must be able to accept that while winning and losing is part of the sports, it is not important when their children are learning the basic techniques of riding a bike.If parents have any question, please feel free to ask your coach before or after session.
