We’re Hiring: Full-time Cycling Coaches
We are expanding our business and looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team.
Positions:
- Cycling coach (Open Courses)
- Cycling Team Coach (Children)
- Cycling Team Coach (Youth)
- Road Cycling Coach
- Mountain Bike Coach
Responsibilities:
- Teach relevant skills and techniques to customers in cycling classes, write training plans and training-related reports
- Perform any duties related to cycling classes
- Implement company’s safety policy to ensure the safety of services provided
- Communicate with foreigners at work may be required (Cantonese, Mandarin and English)
- Arrange, manage and maintain company equipment
- Drive company trucks to work in different locations
- Work in shifts may be required
- Work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays is required
Required skills and experience:
- Passionate about sports and interested in becoming a cycling coach
- Able to control a bicycle without the assistance of others is a must
- Able to work independently, mature, careful, responsible, and good communication skills
- Minimum Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language of the HKDSE, or equivalent
- Qualification in sports instructor/ coach related disciplines is preferred
- Holder of Light Goods Vehicle Driving Licence
- Holder of government-recognized first aid certificate
- Immediately available is preferred
*Before being officially hired as a coach, the candidate must complete the internal training, pass the assessment and obtain first aid certificate.
