Eligibility
Participants of the “INVIS Outdoor Cycling Fun Tour” must be able to ride and control a two-wheel bicycle. Children, teenagers, and adults aged 4 to 59 are welcome to join.
*Participants aged 59 or above are required to sign an additional waiver.
Are bicycles and helmets included?
The fee for the INVIS Outdoor Cycling Fun Tour includes the rental of a bicycle, helmet, and protective gear.
Please provide your height when registering so that we can arrange a suitable bicycle.
What arrangements will be made for bad weather/rain?
If tour cannot be held due to bad weather, the instructor/coach will make a decision 1.5 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
In case of cancellation decided by INVIS, make-up tour can be made within three months from the date of cancellation.
Am I allowed to change date after reservation?
Any confirmed reservation that needs to be changed will incur a handling fee (including rescheduling due to illness).
The handling fee for each change is: HK$150 if more than 7 days before the session; HK$250 if 7 days or less before the session.

1. Nature of the Activity
1.1 This activity is a recreational cycling experience designed to promote healthy living, outdoor exercise, and environmental awareness. It is not a guided tour or travel service.
1.2 The activity includes safety briefings, basic cycling skills training, group interaction, and outdoor riding along designated routes.
2. Equipment & Safety
2.1 Bicycles, helmets, and basic protective gear (e.g. knee and elbow pads) will be provided for use during the activity only.
2.2 Participants must ensure they are physically fit for outdoor activities and follow all safety instructions during the event.
2.3 All participants must sign a waiver before the activity, confirming voluntary participation and acceptance of associated risks.
2.4 Participants will be responsible for any damage to or loss of rented equipment during the activity and must compensate based on actual repair or replacement costs.
2.5 All equipment rental and usage are subject to the terms of INVIS Cycling’s service policy.
3. Activity Arrangement & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point. Transportation is not provided.
3.2 In case of adverse weather, road closures, or other force majeure events, the organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the activity and will notify participants as early as possible.
3.3 Fees are non-refundable if a participant fails to attend due to personal reasons.
3.4 Requests to reschedule (including due to illness or personal matters) will incur an administrative fee and are subject to availability.
3.5 The activity will start on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no compensation or make-up time will be provided.
4. Liability & Insurance
4.1 Basic third-party liability insurance is provided. Participants are advised to purchase their own personal accident insurance.
4.2 The organizer is not liable for any loss or injury resulting from personal negligence or failure to follow safety instructions during the activity.
5. Other Terms & Conditions
5.1 All other terms and conditions are governed by INVIS Cycling’s General Cycling Service Policy (see: https://invis.hk/classes/policy-guideline/general/).
5.2 In case of any dispute, INVIS Cycling reserves the right of final decision.

Cancellation Policy
Once payment is made, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
Change Policy
After payment, any change to the booking will incur a handling fee (including changes due to illness).
- 己HK$250 for changes made 7 days or less before the scheduled activity.
- HK$150 for changes made more than 7 days before the scheduled activity.
Reservation Deadline
All booking must be made in advance and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservation Validity
Once an activity date is selected, the reservation will be valid for three months from that date. If you are absent and unable to participate, the reservation must still be used within the validity period. Expired reservations will be automatically voided, and any paid fees are non-refundable.
