Rollers aren’t about riding faster—they’re about riding smoother, more stable, and with greater focus.This workshop is specially designed for cyclists who already have riding experience but have never trained on rollers. You’ll learn how to maintain balance on rollers, improve your pedaling technique, and train your core muscles and focus—helping you ride more efficiently and confidently on real roads.

Through a combination of theory and demonstrations, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental knowledge and practical requirements of track cycling.
Upon completion of the seminar, participants can register on the spot for a training course and officially begin their journey in track cycling.
👥 Who is it for?
- Anyone aged 11 or above
- With a minimum height of 146 cm
- Interested in track cycling or aiming to obtain the Cycling Track Pass
Participants must have basic bicycle handling skills, such as riding steadily, turning, and stopping (even though track bikes do not have brakes), to ensure safe participation in both the seminar and future training

Approximately 60–90 minutes of seminar🎯 What You’ll Learn:
- What track cycling is
- Introduction to track cycling race types (e.g. time trial, points race, etc.)
- Basic track cycling operations and bike handling techniques
- Equipment requirements for track cycling (bike, helmet, clothing, etc.)
- Track cycling venue rules
- The process for obtaining the Cycling Track Pass (three-stage training program)
