    You’ve been cycling for a while—on roads, on trails—but have you ever tried roller training?
    Rollers aren’t about riding faster—they’re about riding smoother, more stable, and with greater focus.

    This workshop is specially designed for cyclists who already have riding experience but have never trained on rollers. You’ll learn how to maintain balance on rollers, improve your pedaling technique, and train your core muscles and focus—helping you ride more efficiently and confidently on real roads.

    👥 Who is it for?
    Cyclists with basic road cycling experience who have never tried rollers or want to improve their technique.

    🕒 Duration:
    Approximately 60–90 minutes of in-person training

    📦 What to bring:
    Your own road bike

    📌 Notes

    • Joining the road cycling class requires a certain level of bike handling skills. If, after registration, it is found that your skills do not meet the required standard, we will transfer you to the skills class instead
    • Change fee ($150-$250, included change due to sickness)
    • No cancellations or refunds
    • In case of any dispute, INVIS reserves the right to make the final decision

    This course teaches discipline specific skills required for road cycling, that prepares you for future training and competing purposes.

    Class highlights

    • 1.5 hours each lessons
    • Within three months of validity
    • Please book 7 days in-advance

    • For aged 11-59 years old only
    • Maximum number of participants: 1:1-10
